Grievance Policy

At Authentique, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning experience for all participants. We believe in fair treatment, open communication, and timely resolution of concerns that may arise during the course of our programs. Participants have the right to express concerns related to course content, delivery, facilities, or the conduct of instructors, staff, or fellow participants. We take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve them in a fair and constructive manner. Below is our step-by-step process for addressing grievances:
1- Direct Resolution
Participants are encouraged to first address the concern directly with the individual involved whether that be an educator, staff member, or fellow participant. Often, open dialogue can lead to quick and effective resolution.
2- Submit a Formal Grievance

If the issue cannot be resolved directly, or if the participant does not feel comfortable addressing the individual, a formal written grievance should be submitted to the Program Manager within 10 business days of the incident. The Program Manager will review the concern and reach out to the participant within 5 business days to discuss the matter. All efforts will be made to resolve the issue collaboratively and respectfully.

3- Appeal Process
If the participant remains unsatisfied with the outcome, they may submit a written appeal to the Director of Programs at Authentique within 7 business days of receiving the initial response. The appeal should clearly outline the original complaint, previous attempts at resolution, and the reasons for dissatisfaction. A final decision and written response will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the appeal. All appeal decisions are considered final. We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment and will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns in a manner that is respectful to all parties involved.
